Thank you for making yet another interesting virtual run. I watched this video today for the first time and I liked seeing the different scenery. I had to laugh when it sprinkled rain drops and you raised your hands up. You help make my treadmill time more enjoyable and again I thank you!

Thank you Kristen! Yes, I was a bit annoyed when it started raining. Several weeks with bad weather, and when it finally stopped, I ran. But it just had to start again 😅 Thank you very much for your support 👍

That was a great run! I was following along on my elliptical and got a great workout in. Loved the architecture there where you are. It was a nice break from the houses and buildings around me. 😀👍👍

From the map to begin the route, I thought we were going on a grand tour of Forde that would include some recognizable landmarks. While the terrain looked familiar, the only real places I distinctly remembered from past videos was the array of open garages we’ve seen on a few other routes, a tower on top of a mountain in the distance I believe we saw close up recently, and that final walk bridge you cross over that we first saw in last July’s the Perfect Run. One thing I learned early was that your gasoline prices were 88% higher than our own. We are at 1.139 Canadian dollars at the moment, or about 0.77 euros. That does not keep us from complaining, though. As a former sportscaster I love stats. It seems I do about 800 steps per your 1 kilometer, which tells me that my running in place makes up just half the number of steps I would put in over the same distance outside. At least that tells me where I am without having to check the watch. Our Monday run was into a blasting cold wind in sub-zero temperatures. Car batteries are not the only things that lose their charge in those conditions. I guess that one was just for exercise. I did smile when I saw the rain drops appearing at the end of this video. It is the season. Yesterday it was -5 here, tomorrow when we go back out the forecast is calling for +12. Tis the season indeed. Another very enjoyable video Svein Erik. Thanks again!

Hi Ron! You're right about the bridge, I've crossed it a few times before. The gasoline prices, it's been an increase lately, it's part of the effort to get people to switch to buy electric cars. I had hoped for at least 40 minutes without rain, and it looked promising, but as you say, it's the season, swithces from sun to rain in a few minutes! Thanks again for enjoyable and interesting comments Ron, i appreciate it. Greetings from a cloudy Norwegian west coast
