Used to run (I use the term lightly lol), but haven’t in a long time. So nice hopping on the treadmill again and be taken along a journey down south! Only just starting to build up my fitness again and these vids are gold! Thank you! Your vid’s are in miles, right? I have to convert to kms, so did 4.5kms after a bit of extra meandering lol.
