On this beautiful summer day, I ran a route. It was just a small root or stone that I stumped upon, and I fell! It was a bit painful as you can hear from my swearing!

Glad you are okay, you need to carry a first aid kit with band aides. I like that there were new areas to me, that first section with the new housing and after the tree area that was cut down. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.
