Virtual Serial Prots Emulator - 1 Com Port Controlling Multi Programs Links in Description

i was at my local club and i was talking to tim G6DXY and said it would be nice if radios had multi com ports and he told me thre was a program that could do what i wanted to do. so i set out to find out.
