Just came across this video. Was talking to a friend from Boston that is thinking to leave that state (Taxachussets) as many call it. So I was looking for a video to reference what I shared in terms of my 20 year experience here. I am not an LDS person but all my neighbors are. They just left my property in cottonwood heights facing crest wood park … they worked 5 hours (8 of them) on my lawn, garden, and other areas of my home to help me since I just divorced. My neighbors had been my best friends, regarding of their age. They are giving, loving, helpful, respectful, and I feel safe and comforted…. And never asked me twice if I wanted to be a Mormon. They asked me once in 2004… and that’s it! I love my city of cottonwood heights, my children walked to Ridgecrest Elementary , then Buttler MS and happily graduated from Brighton. I am so glad that every penny we spent in taxes went to clean , safe, great education, respect . ❤

Can you tell me where would be the best investment as short term rentals? Maybe close to ski resorts in cotton wood or up going to park city? Looking for something reasonable as having it on the smack center of the action is extremely expensive.

I grew up in Cottonwood Heights until I was 14 then moved to Salt Lake City, I moved away from Utah at the age 21, I miss the scenery, the views were great, but I will never go back because the Mormon Church rules the state, that to me is the biggest con of anywhere in Utah
