Such a wonderful video of the Capitol. I follow up on videos such as this one after having a dream the night before. And there is one area of the Capitol that is described very accurately in my dream which is called Emancipation hall. Please continue these very interesting videos. I hope someday I can visit the Capitol after watching this. But after what has happened I don't think there will be visitors anytime soon. People went in with handcuffs, a noose, pipe bombs, and molotovs. They were trying to kill the congress members. They didn't but they are still domestic terrorists because they had the intentions and they tried to carry it out.

I was there just a few days ago. I must say I found Nancy's office and the rest absolutely lovely to put my feet up in. I took some souvenirs home with me. And may I say thank you to whomever is Uncle Joe B, I really appreciate the free stuff. Thank you very muchy. This video was most useful, we would never have got around without it.

The rotunda sure has seen some history. Just this month it has been breached, shit in, display a Confederate battle flag and used to billet federal troops.

I am proud to have ancestors who defended this Capitol during the Civil War, repulsing Jubal Early's raid. I am ashamed of those who desecrated this building in the recent riots. I hope they serve long sentences in a cold federal prison cell.

Very interesting! I know the dome and it's columns are cast iron even though they look like stone, a restoration a while back had replaced or repaired some ornamental pieces that was damaged, cracked or corroded.
