Hey everyone, please remember this is my first time playing the game too, and that these videos were meant to be game play videos, not tutorials. I am trying to help where I can but these aren't tutorials/how to videos. Thank you all for your support!

Been waiting for this, and I can help you get started! I've been playing since Day 1 and have a guide below... the intro tutorial doesn't explain nearly enough. Here's how to do everything in the beginning, as much as I remember: 1. LOVESHACK, after using the torch to light up the areas, find all of the planks and have villagers pick them up and place them (4 or so until it lights up). I'd recommend not having too many kids at first and (7 villagers max), otherwise you will starve quickly. Wait until you get more sources of food ie the garden/fishing/blueberries. 2. Use your LIGHTNING divine powers to destroy the wood/vine curses throughout the island (one on the hut, one on the dinosaur path, one on the science station, 2 next to the meteor, one on the statue) THEN put a villager onto the rib bones, they'll make a hammer for getting rid of the stones above the crafting hut. (You may need an experienced builder to draw plans at the construction site or a scientist to draw science plans for some steps below, unsure). 3. For the CRAFTING HUT, use villagers to clear the rocks above it away (clear the bones first) so that the lava can reach it and power it. You will need to gather the wood logs and stone for a bit to get enough to build the building. This will allow you to collect all of the items throughout the island in the building to create various things (can collect: vines, moss, copper, tin, marble, hemp, ceramic, charcoal, dust, sand, bamboo, earth, ore, water, fire, mixed herbs, shrimp). 4. For the DAM, use the rain divine powers on it to get the crabs away. Then make 4 bronze blocks in the crafting building by mixing tin and copper 4 times. Each time, place a person on the crafting building and click the bronze block for them to place it on the dam bridge. Then gather the fish eyes, one to the left (hidden) and one to the right of the dam. Then place a kid on the fish head to let the dam loose. 5. To work on Spirituality, you can place any character on the prayer pedestal by the statues. Get a character to master spirituality to work on the garden. 6. Get spirituality to level 1 and farming to level 1, for this many tech points, put 1-2 people on farming and all the rest on research. When you can, invest in the first research level for your tech points to amass quicker. 7. For the GARDEN, Use whirlwind on the spider, if you have spirituality level 1 and farming level 1, and the dam done, you should see the seed of life just next to the tree and below the garden, use a Master Farmer to plant the seed of life in the garden. Butterflies will appear, use a Master Spiritualist to pray on the garden. Once you've done this 4 times, you will unlock 800 food in the garden, which will repopulate every once in a while. 8. To fix the DAM: Put villagers onto the rock pile that is now next to the dam, they will bring it to the construction table. Use a builder and/or scientist to draw up their plans. Use a Master Builder (get them young and set them on maintaining huts to get master, this is hard) to execute the plan. You'll need Construction lvl 2 to finish. 9. To fix the CLOTHING HUT: You'll need to craft clay bricks, which takes at least crafting lvl 2. 10. For the BLUEBERRY BUSH: cover up the meteorite by crafting lead and a forge bucket and bringing it to the forge and dropping people on it, repeat several times. craft fertilizer (farming lvl 2) and make a Master Farmer put it on the bush 4x. in 48 hours the bush will grow. 11. For the PIRANHAS/CRYPT/KEY: clear the piranhas by crafting bait paste with shrimp and round stone. shrimp can be collected to the bottom left of the dinosaur head. have a villager take the bait paste to the piranhas to clear the area. use a master spiritualist to get the key to open the crypt and pray in front of it. 12. As far as I know the most important tech points to invest into are spirituality (more divine powers allow you to unlock more areas) and farming. This is how you can unlock the blueberry bush and fishing eventually and more of the huts. Medicine lvl 1 helped my villagers stop dying/getting sick as much. Research lvl 1 helped me amass tech points faster. Master Builders are incredibly important to have, and Master Spiritualists. If you don't know what to do, put your people on the research station---upgrading your tech is the key to the whole game. i cannot for the life of me get a villager with any experience in spirituality. i cant raise their experience either because the pedestal is in the dark. when i try to light stuff up they say they can’t find a place to light a fire

oh my God FINally i have been waiting years for the latest game from virtual origins to finally come out. very happy, very interesting, but very difficult the harder it gets, there is something interesting when you find the latest carav steps that's where the charm of this game is, the HD images are funny and unique, you really have to use a smart brain strategy and high level patience but it's very fun

I can’t even get the darkness to lift. It won’t let the villagers to pick up the torch from the love shack so I can’t finish fixing the steps.

Once you douse the flames and add the torch, there’s numerous planks scattered around. Once you add all the planks, have a villager fix the hunt, then u can breed them

@@user-unk8i7l Clear the Cursed Puddle: Use the Rainstorm power on the Cursed Puddle located in front of the Love Shack. Light Up the Areas: Find the Torch (located near the Firepit or Dragon Fruit Bush). Place a Villager on the Torch to light up the dark areas. Find and Place Planks: Locate the 4 Planks around the island: 1 Plank below the Firepit. 1 Plank above the Firepit. 1 Plank beside the Dragon Fruit Bush. 1 Plank below the Love Shack. Place villagers on each plank to collect and place them in the correct locations. Repair the Love Shack: Place a villager on the Love Shack twice to repair it.

@@windelynndarling4223 they rebuilt 2 of them with wood and stone after I used I believe lightening or rain on them. The other I had to upgrade spirituality and used levitate to move the rock.

I guess in my case, healing others will increase spirituality. So after putting the lightning to the dragonfruit bush, there will be a villager being cursed. Use another villager to heal, and place this same villager (healer) to the bush to remove the curse. Hope this works for you

Craft lead and a forge bucket in the crafting hut, use villagers to bring them to the forge, then place villagers on it and they'll take bricks made there to cover the meteor. You have to do this a couple times. You may need levels in construction/crafting for this.
