Dysautonomia International hosted a free Virtual Wellness Class taught by Dan Paladino, a certified strength & conditioning coach with an interest in dysautonomia. This video was recorded on Friday May 15, 2020.
This 30-45 minute Zoom class includes a series of paired exercises, including inverted strength based movements designed to minimize repetitious up and down patterns. The class has been developed to accommodate participants at all levels with the emphasis on everyone feeling comfortable.
Minimal equipment is needed. Participants are asked to have two soup cans, and plan to be in an area that is carpeted (or mat) and is near a chair/padded couch.
