That's why I like watching these sorts of videos it feels as though you have been somewhere " where you can't go yourself anymore because your legs won't carry you But in your mind you are still 21 years old and fit as a lop (which is a flea by the way)

I am an elderly lady with a hubby that will love this when he is better. I just found it...I heard it was important to exercise 5 min for every half hour of sitting...love it but our outdoors here though beautiful in the summer is rough noodles in the winter. Far western Md, very unpredictable and the higher altitude messes with breathing Indoor keeps it a bit calmer for me and these views you provided are wonderful What a great thing you did for all of us nature lovers. I really cannot thank you enough. It is so appreciated.

Another great video. Very enjoyable run. Love it that that runs are varied in terrain and also length. So can choose dependant on how energetic I feel each day!

thanks so much. Forests suck pretty much during winter months because they are just full of ice. I'd run this route every day if it looked anything like this here!

Hi - I love these runs - my treadmill arrives tomorrow and I can’t wait to try them out (I’ve been watching them from my desk when I need a break!). Just one heartfelt request, to add maximum value? Could you write in the description of each run the location of the start point - maybe the name of the trail and a post code or something? This would add value in two ways - being able to explore New Zealand while running, knowing where in the country I am. None of us can travel right now, but at least we can virtually explore, and get to know a new country! Also I plan to return to New Zealand (where I lived from 5-10 years old) - and I would love to actually run these trails! It would be great to be able to find them. Thanks so much for the runs!

Me, in the Australian desert, not reading the description, just watching the first forest running video that popped up, thinking to myself, this looks familiar, this sounds familiar, it was nice to go for a run in my home country while away at work 🥰

Just a suggestion; when you come across some nice scenery, like the rushing water stream that I heard on this path, it would be a really nice eye treat if you could slow or stop and give us a quick look at the view, then carry on with your run. It might affect your running time but for us at home we’re still running on our treadmills and seeing the beauty of nature would be very much appreciated. Plus I appreciate you for doing these runs for us to experience.

there are so many other channels that do check out scenery type stuff. The way they shoot stuff on this channel is so awesome for the running experience, I get thrown off when they stop or slow down, besides going up/down a steep incline or stairs, or when they do their turn around. Yes, there have definitely been times I wish they had the camera facing an amazing sunset going on, or more of the water instead of the beach. I take this channels videos seriously, in keeping up with the runner, and getting in my workout.

This isn't a jungle. I specifically typed "jungle" in my search. Eh, still a good video. I guess I'll have to watch certain scenes from Apocalypto to see running through the jungle. I am currently wanting to watch that while I run in place on my mini trampoline.
