I like it! Those two questions are good. "What does success look like?" "What is different than today?" I was thinking, 'I need to complete this digital tool' or 'create this digital course' and a few other outcomes and as you asked those questions, I could feel the gears in my head starting to move trying to visualize what it looks like. I need to get the fly wheel started and then the time I use to coach people on Preply (20 hours per week) will be replaced by 15 hours of working with project managers working on the coaching side and a few functional managers keeping the business side going. It looks like people understand how all the systems work and have found methods for training new staff. It looks like people feel satisfied about their contribution to society and their customers are thriving. And, it looks like people are talking about the right things and making plans and achieving.
