You can always contact vSohjo to double check if they are working with through their contact page The so called "close friends" hanging out with the vSohjo girls like how Mint currently is and Hakura, Geega, and Snuffy used to be that is considered "Nepitism" actually is them vetting applicant in "vSohjo College" or as a "vSohjo Orbiter" to see if they mesh with the vSohjo girls if they are not regular collabers with vSohjo or associating with the girls behind the scenes regularly like how the vSohjo Girls knows most of the Hololive girls, Nijisanji girls, Phase Connect girls and a lot of Indies (Especially cause Ironmouse,Hime,Kson, Michi Matara,and Mel are so Social)

There is no such thing as Vshojo college, Vshojo just hires people who are already established / friends with members IT IS nepotism buts there is nothing wrong with it as long as they dont advertise what they are not, TBH there more of a Management company than a talent Agency since they do not build up new talents , ya the entire reason agencies are agencies

@@StochasticUniverse No I think your being even dumber to not realise that Vshojo is the Clique/"Nepotism" agency There is just nothing wrong with it , The only reason Vshojo got in hot water for it , was it advertised that it would also build up new talents something it never really did. Vshojo should just admit its not a agency, since agencys generally build up there own talents instead of taking pre-existing talent Vshojo is more of a management company

@@mk_gamíng0609 In a job that is about collaborating to entertain people, I'd say it's more like "networking" or just a "colleague". The more appropriate analogy would be like if Company A hires Company B as a contractor for a project. Company A then headhunts an employee from Company B based on their employees' recommendations who worked alongside them. I'd hardly call that nepotism. Similarly with streaming, hanging out with VShojo streamers would be like working on the same project, and thus probably not be considered nepotism if they're recommended. Nepotism would be more like if the employee didn't know how well their friend works before recommending them to the hiring manager, and/or the hiring manager had no way to verify how well the candidate works - which can be checked with Vtubing by watching the VODs.
