Yes you can, driver must own the car and also if passengers are close relatives there won't be any issues. otherwise sometimes they don't allow you to cross the border

Hi,visa change by bus or flight on hold current situation, due to tight immigration rules so we are waiting for new updations. Many passengers are stucked in oman since 2,3 days
