Bro, do you regularly get your payslip when you received your salary by cash? I think in your case, you just need to indicate in your employment certificate that you were paid cash and support it with payslips and explain your case thoroughly in your cover letter.

Bro are you applying in Saudi Arabia? Because, if you are, then they will not require you to submit any NoC or leave letter. I got my visa approved, without these documents.
