About fee refund: if u had paid and have got moodle/campus intranet access for the course but had a negative decision then u r not getting refund. But you haven’t got moodle/intranet access, not enrolled for anything besides offer letter had a negative decision then you get a full refund.

NoC nepal update has affected the students coming in Finland. 1 reason. Is now we cannot choose science bachelor course. If we are from no science background like +2 management, education can not choose nursing, engineering fields in Finland. Nepal government don't give NOC to non science students to study science courses in foreign countries from now on. We must have be +2 science students and we should give Common entrance exam which is allowed one a year and this exam is only for science students management, education students can't give this CEE exam . So if we came in bachelor in business administration can we change our course in to bachelor engineering in information technology. ? Please reply

You can change but it will take time and you may have to give entrance exam again and pass it.

Can we change our University of applied sciences and the bachelor degree courses after arriving in Finland? Please reply if you know? For example if i got admission letter in Bachelor in business administration then after arriving in Finland can we change it into bachelor in engineering information technology system? Please reply?

You can not change right after coming to Finland. But you can change later and its not so easy. You need to make an application and it may take time like and you may have to pay fees in both universities. When you are in Finland, you can apply to any other university and give entrance exam and pass it to get admission.
