This is so funny! I have traveled the world. and yes every country has these kind of people working At the VISA department and customs. I once could not get back into the U.S. from Canada because the fee was $5.00. I did not have a $5.00 bill. just $1.00 bills and a $20.00. I had to park my car a wait 2 hours in line in customs to get change!
