You missed the point. The main culprit aka kingping aka chor is a gujarati in gujarat. The group in gujarat have high political connections and even law and police are scared of them. Nothing happens to them. Majority of fraud cases are from baroda gujarat. By this gujarati group. Check for your self. Somewhere gujarat name will for sure come.
