😍😍😍 Amazing.. The name of the saree being sambalpuri is because the neighbouring districts of Sambalpur were part of Main Sambalpur district back then.. later it was divided into separate state.. even the language is called sambalpuri.

No actually. What you said is hapf-truth and half wrong. Learn the older history of Sambalpur and Western Odisha. Sambalpuri culture is older than the name of Sambalpur. Sambalpur later named as Sambalpur as it's a part of Western Odisha and has Sambalpuri culture.

Next time when you come to cuttack, you must have a taste of the iconic gupchup and the lassis. Bhubaneswar Venus for chhena poda will make u forget Puri chena poda. You must buy wadiyan from Behrampur and go to the tribal Mela at bbsr. Also, I will tell u exactly the right saree that madam will fall in love with.

Dear Harish Ji : This is a unique journey planned by you. It is a blend of journey experiencing local food and a pilgrimage visiting temples which otherwise you wouldn't undertake. The texture of Chaka Pitha looked beautiful. I liked your having the "Pangat lunch" at the temple. Such food for community lunch cooked in wood fire gives unique flavor and humbles you. I also appreciate your highlighting the hard work of the handloom weavers creating a silk Saree. It seems that Orissa requires lot of marketing effort to invite tourists. Best wishes from Mumbai.
