I have stayed in sonamarg it was a completely good experience I enjoyed the early morning sunrise and evenings sunset too... Best thing about Kashmir trip is u will get good food whether it is veg/non veg both are delicious

Lovely !! 🙂 You could have stayed there for at least 1 night :-) We went to Sonamarg last June (but did not experience the snowfall as you did) and stayed at "Hotel Sonamarg Glacier" for 2 nights. In your next destination "Pahalgam", try to stay for atleast 2 nights for local sightseeing and to explore the places around like Chandanwari, Aru Valley, Betab Valley etc. Happy Travelling in Jannat e Kashmir !

Watching from Calgary Harish g! U r a great host. Calgary, CN is associated with terms like snow fall, treck, sledging, Food and natural beauty. I never went to Kashmir but can completely compare and correlate on many grounds. Beautiful indeed. Always in mind, Kashmir has been so blessed with natural beauty but the dark side is the Kashmir files which really makes heart heavy. Our people were brutally threatened, now Govt should start up with good accommodations hotels and food, instead one feels more safe. Hindu people would be the owners of tourist essentials, mandatory usage itineraries or likewise. I personally prefer dealing with our own people who we can trust. Things would be better and better in future. Har Har Mahadev !! 🕉
