Sikkim is really beautiful Plus you are covering local vegetarian option which is so unique. I have seen all other vlogs but this one makes it unique because all other do not cover and explain in detail local vegetarian options.. We are lucky enough experience the heavenly sikkim through your video as well as knowing it's traditional food. Didn't even knew things like Wooden Churner exists... And that is used to make Tea... Incredible India!

Finally you have become an expert in eating with your hands :D Those Ragi Balls is also one of the staple foods of Karnataka except that we eat it with Sambhar. In my case, i just swallow it, i dont chew it. Great enlightening videos Harish ji. I loved the simplicity of Sikkim food. Keep it up !

Your videos are really awesome and the way you host is very clear and crisp. Like to add few things here.. Dalle khorsani (chilli) does not harm your stomach, it's just very spicy you feel while you eat but not at all harmful to your body and the baby pumpkin is called gatta and not gadda :-D

temi tea should be made in this way. boil the water once it comes to the boiling point. put the gas off u can give little adrak (ginger) and little bit of tea rest it 2 mins with lid closed tightly and enjoy. its amazing
