I absolutely love exploring beautiful, diverse, India through your videos!! It looks like you have slimmed down a bit, Harishbhai! Looking good! The Lingad vegetable looks like what the French Canadians call “Fiddle Heads”. They are the beginnings of ferns which grow in swampy, low-lying regions such as river banks. They are very dirty and sandy, so they need to be washed very well before they are steamed and slathered with butter!! 🌟🌟🌟❤️❤️❤️
