I took Talk Talk over all of them trending posers then . And still do now. Talk Talk was best and way ahead of their time. And nothing they did could touch Mark Hollis solo album in1998.

This style seems so weird now ! But at the time it was considered modern and ahead of it's time ! I didn't like it ! I was annoyed the Mod revival of 79 /80 had fizzled out so quickly. I had just got some mod stuff off my older brother ,which he didn't want as he had bought new and better ! ( Two tone suit , winkle pickers , Fish Tail Parker etc etc ) . But by the time I got around to putting it on the mod scene had gone almost as soon as it has started ! Then this stuff appeared .What a contrast . This fashion I did not like ! The Mod scene yes !!This was a bit effeminate for men this style !
