There are no changes in tourist visa rules in Hungary, in schengen visa application form there is no column to mention about refusal .

I guess we have already spoken and I have explained you. Correct me if I am wrong however repeating again 1, if you are over 21 and nlt a full time student father's sponsorship may not work. 2. If you are undef 21 and your father is travelling with you ruan sponsorship can work. 3 Not being able to show income and finances shows you do not have ties with the home country and can result in visa refusal.
