Vishaka Hari l Self Surrender According to Sri Ramakrishna l Musical Discourse

Vishaka Hari is a Carnatic music vocalist and proponent of Harikatha, otherwise known as a storyteller of Kathakalakshepam. She is a Chartered accountant by education.
Vishaka Hari learned Carnatic music under the legendary Carnatic violinist, Padma Vibhushan Sri Lalgudi Jayaraman. Her spiritual guru and father-in-law is Sri Sri Krishna Premi Swamigal (Sri Sri Anna). She learned the art of Harikatha from her husband, Sri Hariji, an experienced Harikatha exponent who delivers discourses in Tamil, English and Hindi.

Namaskar. Many thanks for uploading this wonderful discourse on Sri. Ramakrishna. As one Bengali devotee has commented at the RKMath - You Tube site, Bengali bhajans have been rendered with exceptional devotion, bhava and sweetness by Smt. Vishaka Hariji. Bhajans chosen were all sung and liked by Sri. Ramakrishna Himself. The Great Master would sing the song 'Jago, jago janani' in the Brahmamuhurtam and wake up his disciples for doing meditation during that period. 'Deeno tarini, durito harini' has been presented with wonderful clarity. The song points to the infinitude of Divine Mother/Supreme reality; She can be with form and at the same time is formless . She is however 'anirvachaniyo' (inexpressible). Similarly, other songs like ' Sundaro tomari nam' are very touching and sweet. May Sri. Krishna continue to shower His choicest blessings on Smt. Vishaka Hariji for inspiring countless men and women to lead a God centered life is my earnest prayer to Him.
