I think Singapore zoo, River wonders, Night safari and jurong bird park are a must rather than random gardens which one can find in any country. It will take 2 days. Also Sentosa + Universal Studios + SEA aquarium + Adventure cove are a must. These will take 2 full days at Sentosa for sure.

Very informative video for tourist.. I stay in Singapore in East Coast Park.. Beside sea beach.. You missed Tiong Bahru bakery.. They have a lovely baking stuff..
