Actually no.it doesn’t hurt. There is a technique of stamping the foot. If it is hurting then one is definitely doing it wrong.

She might be doing these vedios with so many efforts. If you are not able to appreciate someone, then pleases keep quiet. Don't comment in negative manner. Many people are appreciating and getting inspiration from her except you. Then whose fault this is? Is there any problem in your way of watching?
