One thing that designers don’t look into is that main door shud never fall into the living room. Either a foyer shud be there in this case the frame with pots should have been on the opposite site for privacy. Bathrooms should never have dark tiles. Hope the mist can be operated with remote. Shud not be on forever. Otherwise this is beautiful!

Show kitchen ne kurichulla vishnu nte suggestion valare correct aanu. I Am also planning to build a house, and after start watching your videos, i changed many things like formal or family living , courtyard, show kitchen/ work kitchen. Coz everything you say about theses things make sense. Most of the people are spenting so much money that they dont have in things that they dont need. Keep it up 16:54

It's too costly in cities. In rural areas, there's a shortage of workers, equipment, and supplies. Even if you attempt construction in rural areas, you'll need to provide food and accommodation for workers, and transport supplies and equipment from distant cities. All these factors will increase the overall cost.

Since most of the places or walls are getting in contact with sprinkler will this cause any damage to the walls ? In long terms wouldn’t the wall get dry and start showing peeling effect ?
