Hi! Great tutorial! Thanks! Quick question, how can I add the number in the upper or lower corner of a shape instead of before/after a text?

I would suggest the Text Block tool (on the home tab, drawing tools ). Let's you move the text separate from the shape.

Hi there! Great tutorial. I will have severl pages/tabs in a flow booklet. Each will have a number. I want the shapes in the flow to reflect that number. So all shapes in Flow 1 are 1.0, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4. I have tried several ways but cannot get the shapes to auto number with the decimal. Or say, a particular role or department has a number HR = 1.0 and IT = 2.0 and QA = 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, etc. Thanks!

Cool! I'm glad that was helpful. Try placing the starting flow number ( *2.* ) in the Preceding Text field of the numbering tool. You can even add the decimal there. That should work for "auto number" or "manually by clicking"
