I had an occipital (vision center) lobe ischemic stroke in 2019 resulting in a softball sized field cut in left central of both eyes ("pie on the floor") which thankfully eventually resolved itself. It was strange for a while during the healing process as brain was trying to compensate and adjust or find a workaround. Left peripheral vision was miscommunicated temporarily (very strange crosswiring effect). Unfortunately had a 2nd ischemic stroke (poorly defined location) at end of 2023. Mild Depth, dizziness, double vision, eye teaming issues along with left side arm and leg deficits. All this info is new. After 7 Mos things are resolving slowly. Little to no help from doctors, neurologists, opthamologist or therapists. Sad.

I have number 4, except on the left side. My stroke was 4 weeks ago. Is it common for your eyes to flash contantly. Is that typical? Does that indicate that the neuro pathways are trying to re-establish? Should I expect anything from that or could that last forever?
