Vision of Love (Demo 2023) - Sovereign King

I was going through a dark time involving love/relationships and unrequited love. These words just came to me out of nowhere as soon as I listened to the music, and as most songwriters will tell you… melodies, hooks and lyrics are just fed to you from the unknown and it’s always magic when it happens. 


At the time I felt like the words were an expression of my burning desire for another person at the time, but after that time had passed and the more I listened back to it, the more it seemed like the words were actually meant for me from the divine, during the torment of my loveless despair.

 As if something was telling me… don’t keep looking to other humans to give you the love that’s waiting inside of you.

 What’s even more wild about the lyrics for me, is that when I meditate, I focus on surrendering to the divine (as taught by Dr. Joe Dispenza) to something greater than me, and these lyrics come straight to my mind during that process…
 (This song was musically inspired by Warface when working with them on the song 'Journey of Ecstasy', all of the vocal melodies and lyrics in that song were written by me. All of the music, lyrics, vocal melodies in this version were written and recorded by me)

i love how that tapping comes in at 2:40, it was unexpected, but it worked was listening to this track on repeat at my job today, would love to use it in my upcoming racing video, if you allow me to :)
