In 1977/78 I was working a consulting assignment in Montreal and learned from the black guys that I scrimmaged basketball with where the Robinson’s had lived and was able to visit the apartment block in which they lived. It still was a working class French Canadian neighborhood. In 2017 my wife and I visited Montreal for the first time since my assignment there and we visited the Olympic stadium where there is a stature of Jackie and a little boy.

Very interesting stories I love this interview. It's like am getting a mini history lesson from Mrs Robinson. It's very fascinating how there was a difference in race relations between Canada and the Southern United States. Very Interesting

Silk Eotd even as late as the 80s, Warren Moon, had to come to Canada to proof himself before the NFL would look at him.
