The first "synth" starts off just looping, but he changes the syncopation of the delay (at 3:21). In order for this to work rhythmically it's important that the first note is placed correctly. So by pressing "start", he syncs the first note to the first beat of the metronome, and all fits together nicely.

For some reason my loopstation now has problem with the mic when I do that technique where I minimize the mic level input then put it up there's like a scratch sound whihc interupts the sound I make with my mouth to the microphone. Is a weird issue I got.

Where were you recording at 4:58? I don’t see any red blinking track lights so I can’t figure out where the sound is being stored? Also, how did you get that kick sound to sound so full with just one recording? Is it adding a hum?

Hey, If you're talking about the "singing", I don't record it, that's why there are no red blinking lights. No sound is being recorded at that time. The kick was recorded using a Guitar To Bass effect (see 3:42)

When you save memory, you save the tracks as well, just clear them by holding the stop button for 2 seconds (or hitting them twice if you have quick clear enabled)
