Years ago, I read a book about George Muller. I have not forgotten him. His faith made quite an impression on me.

God is real and he still performs miracles. When my spine got fractured I spent seven and a half months unable to walk. I prayed to God and asked him to let Jesus heal me. Straightaway I felt heat inside my back for a few minutes, and then I stood and walked. I can still walk. Thank You God my Creator. Thank you Jesus Christ my Lord and Saviour.

Miracles do happen! Joni Eareckson prayed at Bethesda, many prayed for her to be healed. She is still paralysed, which is sad. It is awful Ukraine etc etc. I struggle with this, why some and not others. It seems so unfair, God only knows why 😢😢

I've heard his name mentioned from John MacArthur or in the Questions and Answers Videos on here, with him and his other Pastor friends. Like Justin Peters and RC Sproul. They have referred to him on a few occasions and now I know why. I'm thinking he might have written a book. This was a man who repented of all his sins and when he accepted Jesus as his eternal salvation, his old self died and fell way, giving birth to a living Spirit within his whole being. His faith increased as he learned more of God's truth through reading and studying the Bible..He was the living example of growing in the "fruit of the Spirit" thank you for this upload. It strengthens my own resolve to continue seeking and living according to all the Spiritual Principles no matter how difficult it is to live in the world but not of the world.

As I was watching this beautiful testimony I wondered if they have done a documentary about the decedent's of the children who benefited from George Muller's homes and love of God. I wonder how many children were also inspired by receiving these beautiful gifts from God through Muller. How blessed the movie and how blessed the man! The Lord commissioned me through a ministry in 1979 to go to Bristol with other believers and just like George Muller, and live by faith in order to preach and teach the Gospel. One of the first books that I was encouraged to read was 'Delighted in God' by the man of God himself. I also visited his fine strong buildings in Ashley Down. How inspiring. Even to this day I always look back to that special year in the Lord's presence, when even in the very midst of severe persecution, how the Lord in in inexplicable supernatural ways strengthened me that brought us both into such precious and endearing moments that I pray will never leave the memory of my heart. Thank you Lord for great inspirational believers such as George Muller and also Bristol's very own E. W. Bullinger whose work I also studied there, in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach Amen

Our pastor told a brief story about George Muller in this morning's sermon; and while I knew of him from other sources where he's been mentioned, what I heard this morning made me want to know more.
