We must single out God with His attributes/actions and single him out with our worship so we worship and pray to none but God. --- We must single out God with His attributes/actions such as the act of creating, providing, aliving, deadening, causing rain, causing growing of plants, etc. --- singling out God with one’s worship: man’s action, such as praying, fear, hope, reliance, and other types of worship. For “ilah” (in english: worshipee) means anything worshiped and asked help from (prayed to). Among all that is worshiped, only God, the creator, deserves to be worshiped. None deserve to be worshiped except God, the creator; and so asking Jesus or the righteous (so-called saints) for help is paganism. Jesus healed the blind and the leper with God's permission; and he brought forth the dead with God's permission. God gave him these miracles. Jesus was a human being, the messenger of God, just like all messengers sent by God, such as Abraham, Moses. God created Jesus without a father just like He created Adam without a father and mother.

It is important to know what the thorn was that Paul says was in his flesh ( 2 Cor 12:7-9). He says it was a messenger of Satan. So it pertains to a message (thoughts) that Satan tries to derail his ministry with. Now to understand what it was, we need to look at passages in scripture that speak of a thorn and of messengers of Satan. Regarding the thorn, we find in Numbers 33:55 that a thorn would be left in Israel if they fail to drive out all the inhabitants. Spiritually speaking than, when it pertains to an individual, it has to do with a sin that we struggle to overcome. This is made clear by way of a passage in the non canonical writing known as the Shepherd of Hermas. For it tells us that every person hears from two angels. The angel of righteousness speaks into our one ear while the angel of unrighteousness speaks into the other. So the thorn in his carnal mind/flesh is the angel of unrighteousness and his attempt to get Paul to commit a grievous sin. This notion is backed up by another statement of Paul's when he says in Romans 7:15-20 that he is a slave to sin and does what he does not want to do and doesn't do what he wants to do. He says that he does do what he hates. The thorn, therefore, is a sin that he has difficulty over coming. So what was this sin? Well, it is pretty clear that it was the sin of homosexuality. In essence, we see that Paul had no regard for women due to his homosexual desires. This is why he kept women under the thumb of men and why he never married. And having no regard for women is also something that Daniel tells us the anti-Christ would be known for. This suggest than that Paul was a forerunner, or shadow of the anti-Christ. What we see than, unfortunately, is that the Catholic Church was led into doctrine and theology based on the thoughts and teachings of a gay man that had no regard for women. This means the long standing tradition of priests being unable to marry is based on a wicked lie that stems from Paul's carnal nature and his rebuffing of women in favor of a desire to lay with men.

It's always interesting to me to see which parts of Paul's life get highlighted in the movies about him. This one relied heavily on Acts. It was good. I understand there had to be some creative interpolation added to make it a script. I'm fine with that. The thing that actually bothered me was people using the word Christian because it didn't get created until much much later than Paul's lifetime. Lol a silly thing to be bothered by to be sure.

Its amazing how Gods Words of truth and love can turn sinners into saint .. Paul aka Saul was one of many example.... It is also equally sad that Satans words of lies and manipulation can turn good hearted people into radicals and foolish ....and even turn into criminals... Why did God resurrected Jesus Christ,? In order for the world to see and know that the crucifixion ( physical death) of Jesus waz not his destruction or end of his mission.
