Visit and hiking to Gaustatoppen in Norway. See 1/6 of Norway from the top. Awesome majestic view.

Gaustatoppen (1883 meters) in Rjukan, Norway, is claimed to be the most beautiful mountain in Norway! On a clear day you can see 1/6 of Norway from the top.
Some facts:
Length: 4.3km one way
Time: approximately 2 hours one way
Season: June to September
Drop: 710 m
The tour up starts at Stavsro, on the road between Rjukan and Tuddal. Here you will find a large free parking place. The trail is well-marked with red T´s.
On the summit you will find Gaustatoppen Tourist Cabin, which serves delicious waffles. It is also possible to stay overnight in this 100 year old stone cabin.
Running inside the mountain is Gaustabanen, a combined tramway and funicular, which will carry you up to 1800 meters above sea level. Built by the Norwegian military, it was completed in 1959.
