I used to frequent this arcade at one time. However, there is actually a more recommended arcade nearby. It is called Akihabara Hey, and it has five floors of games ranging from old classics to the latest games in operation.

@@OriginalMasters I have seen a video of this model of machine in action, it is a fortune teller. You get a scroll in Japanese, English ,Korean and Chinese. If your fortune is bad, tie it to the wire on the front of the machine to avert misfortune.
