Hello from Ithaca. Nice video. Sorry that you had some problems on your trip and that you were at the Falls on a day when there was relatively little water going over the fallls

Great video! I'm so sorry about your keys, but I'm so glad you were able to find them. You have a beautiful dog. Good to know she was able to go on the trails with you. We are coming to this area in June and will be happy to take our puppy Bella with us. Thanks for sharing. Lynn and Danny

Can you tell me where you were were at, at the end of the video, that had all the pumpkins, and beautiful flowers?

Bon dimanche!

Every time I see a video of people visiting the FLX, I always wish I was able to tell them about all the amazing hidden places that are right nearby. Come back in the Summer and you will fall in love. Last October was a wet one.

Hi I am going to be there this week. What are those hidden places?

@@Simple_and_natural Wonderful! This will be Seneca centric: Havana Glen in Montour Falls. The Falls at the end of Main Street in Montour. Drive or bike this dirt road through the marsh...42.384249, -76.853530...often great for herons, egrets, eagles and an occasional beaver. Nikel's pit BBQ in Watkins. Dan'os Heuriger in Lodi is amazing and unique (reservations). Picnic at Lodi Point park 42.618347, -76.878417. Great hike trough cow field to a beautiful hidden pond ...park 42.528914, -76.799549, pond 42.539121, -76.801336. Many other trails in the National Forest if interested. Sunset beer at Two Goats in Burdett for the best sunset view in the FLX. Breakfast at The Elf in the Oak in Burdett. Friday night music and fun at Hazlitt's in Hector. Pizza at Scuteri's in Watkins Glen (only take out. Canoli's too). The Thai Elephant's restaurant in Watkins Glen is surprisingly great Thai food.

Oh...and there is an old Boy Scout Camp @ 42.551643, -76.881990 that is rarely populated and part of the national forest now. Called Caywood Point. Walking down is fine, walking back up the hill is a bit of a work out...but really peaceful and Bald Eagles are almost always on the cliffs to the south.
