If you are coming from Panjim then you can take the ribander ferry or old Goa ferry. If coming from Ponda then old Goa ferry is closer. In case if you are coming from bicholim then narva ferry is closer

There are no specific timing for ferry it continuously goes to and frow throught the day. Just during late nights you have to do special ferry and pay around rs 200 for it

Is it necessary to have bike to see places in divar island? Or by walk also possible?

It's actually a huge area, by bike you can cover in some 30 minutes and during summers I would recommend you to not visit there as it would be very hot.
