Thank you for a very interesting video. This Frontier Culture Museum is well worth the entrance fee.

Another great video 👍🏾 I have visited a few places in Virginia because of your videos. I never knew this place existed 🤯! I will definitely be making a trip out there!

Excellent video, thank you so much! Plenty to see there, and it’s a great family trip, stuff for the kids to see. By the way, there is a Cyrus McCormick museum not too far away, maybe another place to visit sometime!

I absolutely love your videos! Local Virginian here so very excited to check out some of these amazing places! Any chance you have or could do a video of Curles Neck plantation in Richmond near Turkey island? My ancestors used to live and are buried on the property. I would love to find out more information on this historic site as it is currently not open to the public. Thanks!!

Hi Chris. This city is pronounced by locals as 'Stan-Tin'. Staunton, Va.

Chris sounds like a Virginian. Hes no outsider, yall. Just enjoy his video. He puts out some good content. Who cares how he pronounces Staunton. The news people in Richmond constantly say Pow- hite parkway and natives like me know its Po-white. Like po white people.😂

Thanks! Yea I’m from Richmond originally. Can always tell an outsider by the way they pronounce Powhite. lol

What a great video! I've seen the place from the interstate many years ago but have never been to it. The Shenandoah Valley is beautiful. My father thinks there is no place as pretty as Southwest VA (not WV, 😅) but I once told him that the Shenandoah Valley could be a rival. He disagreed, haha.

0:08 Pronounced STAN-TON. Can’t believe no one told you before you posted this. The locals are ADAMANT about their town’s pronunciation. Once again… STAN. TON.

@@VATravelsI looked it up, Staunton was named for Lady Rebecca Staunton, wife of Colonial Governor William Gooch. So she’s the one behind all this controversy!😂
