@@Checkkkasdthe restaurant is a fusion between Tibetan and Nepalese cuisine. The restaurant does have other tibetan dishes on the menu but the vloggers choices of food in the video were mainly composed of Nepalese cuisine. On the video- you can also see Tingmo and Aloophingsha which is a traditional tibetan dish.☺️
