You have given correct information for extension but the main green cap has all facilities such as electricity , sui gas and all utilities and even all the sewerage is fine. The per malra rate in areas where all facilties exist is 15 lac 20 lac per marla and market accepts this rate. But for the extension area people are suffering from all mentioned issues. So you should correct your information
