Good initiative in making the video. Just so you know, Kerala is not the birthplace of Ayurveda, but it uses Ayurveda well for marketing. Dosa and wada, which are fermented and have urad, are not good during treatment. This cannot be prescribed food. It's eaten for taste. The place is excellent and deserves a lot of respect.
