I miss that onsen hotel!!! We took a one-week trip to north/central Kyushu in October 2019 and stayed at that ryokan one night. The service and the food were great. Can't wait for Japan to reopen soon, so we can go visit and enjoy onsen soon. ♨️

Lol lol. As you fumble with the door key, "I don't know what's going on anymore because I'm drunk." Finally!!! A KZbinr who is not too much of a candy ass to get drunk! And admit it! Good for you. And I love how you threw your drunk self in the bed beside your little friend who you had carefully tucked into bed earlier. You're cute as they come!! From Atlanta, Georgia, USA. I'm a new subscriber and I am looking forward to seeing your other videos!!! Love the Onsen and that is what brought me here. You rock!!!

Kurokawa Onsen, good memory there. Visited there a couple years ago. The onsen waters there are superb. I think that's where I went into my first and only "standing up" bath, that's about 1.2 or 1.4 metres deep. Interesting experience, that one 😊

The mountain views on the way to the onsen looked amazing. Also, face steam is good to open up pores for skin scare or so I’ve heard. 😅 The ryokan looked so nice. Great video!

I've only been to Yufuin and Beppu (3-4 times each) for onsen in Kyushu. Almost got to visit Tsuetate in March 2020 but then Covid threw my plan away and had to cancel the trip. I still want to visit Tsuetate, Kurokawa, Obama and many other onsens in Kyushu!

The onsen resort is so beautiful. Do people normally stay only for a night or so. Or is it normal to be there for a few days?
@KaysTravel2 жыл бұрын
Unless it's a holiday or a long weekend, it's usually one night. I guess.

Do you have to book the onsen in advance (I know you have to book the bus) or can you just arrive in Kurokawa and get in? Thanks!
@KaysTravel Жыл бұрын
For just onsen, you don’t need advance reservations. If you wanna stay at the Ryokan, you need advance reservations

@@KaysTravel Does the pass allow you to go into the onsen in the different Ryokan?
@KaysTravel Жыл бұрын

Please do not eat horse meat. It is terrible cruel way for them to die. Many are sent from my country Canada to Japan to be eaten. They are vary scared and smart animals to be sent by airplane to be killed for food in Japan. Sad for them.
