I wonder what these teachers think, like they gotta deal with teens & make sure they receive proper education but will never in their life time be able to afford a Tesla since teachers are underypay, then you have David who literally has the education of a middle school kid with a 150K car. Omar Alatorre I agree but that's life, David was dealt different circumstances & teachers choose to teach knowing how much the pay is on top of the fact that a lot (most) of the teachers in the U.S (public schools) don't actually care to make sure you receive a proper education and also aren't all that educated themselves, passing tests and being smart aren't the same and a lot of them just put work in front of you. though a lot of them are under payed the majority are paid well for what they do which is basically baby sitting for a short time a day only 3/4 of the year. he definitely doesn't have the education of a middle schooler, once you graduate you forget most of the things you were taught because you don't ever use those skills unless your career requires it like a teacher and David obviously didn't have the need to retain that information.

I get your point I would only argue with no bias applied that most teachers do care, maybe from your experiences it could've been different but it comes down to the states education system who push this system of "tests & scores" & so teachers can't really do shit about it or they'll get fired & that's simply fact not opinion. Some teachers are actually fighting back which is a whole different subject but my point was just to state how one profession let's say even a doctor for would probably take them a decade before they can afford a car like that, I hate the saying "thats life" because its wrong. It should be "that's society" because if it was life, we would instead be focusing on interstellar travel, making the earth greener or putting our funds to cure cancer or some shit. But vice versa I guess it is life in a way, at least for now.
