this was such a cosy vlog! I started doing a daily gratitude/reflection journal back in March thanks to your suggestion and it's been changing my life/sleep. I'm not sure if I've ever commented that before, but wanted to thank you! Started with the 5 Minute Journal and then when I filled that one up I started a different one that was on your Amazon - the Graphique Self Care and Gratitude journal which I honestly like a bit better. It doesn't have the morning gratitude but I like that it has more of a reflection at the end of the day and gives space for what's been stressful/challenging - to get it out of your head.
