Visiting my cousin in Paarl hospital ICU｜South Africa

So I don't actually share much about my cousin, besides some thoughts and feelings I had visiting her in ICU. It is more about the drive to Paarl, I tried keeping it light-hearted during the trip, but it only really hit me after I saw her. Now all we can do now is pray for her to recover fully and send our thoughts and prayers to her parents and loved ones.
