I also got a chance to go back to Kings Dominion for the first time since august 2019. It felt great to ride Intimidator 305 and Twisted Timbers again!

Livingston's was a restaurant in the same building as Outer Hanks (Bubba Gump's). If you look at the building it has much more square footage behind the current restaurant. The unused space today was a stage area where you could eat and watch shows there, kind of like Festhaus at BGW. I was pretty young when this was around. I remember belly dancing and snake charming as part of the show.

Got to go to KD yesterday for the first time in 5 years! I305 and Twisted timbers were quickly top 10 coasters for me!

They're both in my top 10 out of nearly 500. Twisted Timbers is probably the strongest airtime of any coaster I have ever ridden. It is an endurance test, especially since there was not much of a line on the days I went, so I could ride it as much as my lap could handle it.

TWT is by far one of my favorite coasters. Here's a tip for the girls who hasn't been on it yet. Don't wear a tank top. The air time genuinely makes everything fly out of your shirt.

I feel like Kings Island used to have a lot more trees on Intl street when I was a kid. I'm hoping to visit Kings Dominion for the first time in a couple weeks and I'm really looking forward to a Cedar Fair park that actually has some Tree Cover lol. But mostly I'm looking forward to Intimidator 305.

Went there a couple days ago. Rode i305 and fully blacked out for the first time, wasn’t expecting it since I rode it a few times in the past. Guess that back row plus 100 degrees with not too much liquids is a recipe for that. One of the most surreal experiences I’ve ever had.

(And yes, I'm counting Great Pumpkin, Woodstock Express & Reptilian🙌😜) Great park! Operations were very slow that day though, especially on Dominator.

I was at Kings Dominion for the 1st time 2 days ago after my 3rd visit to Busch Gardens 2 days before that. I was apprehensive about I305 with all the black out reputation, especially since it was raining and I've never done a Giga so I didn't ride it, but listening to you enthusiasts talk about how crazy Twisted Timbers was and remembering that although it was great, it was never too much for me, maybe I'm ready for I305 next time after all. What do you think?

I've been going to BG and KD since I moved here in the late 80's. 2 weeks ago we went on Grizzly (might have actually been my first time??) and noticed it seemed very rough! My girlfriend and I both were in pain afterwards, so it surprised us to hear you say it was so smooth. Anyway, glad you are back, maybe next time they will be open later...I NEED some night rides!!

Weird seeing I305 with a line. I'm from out of town but I went 2 years in a row to KD on me and my wife's way to VA Beach. I305 became my no.1 coaster and I marathoned it 8 times in a row after lunch at said Panda Express, and got 11 rides total in the day with no line. God I wish the GP loved it as much so KD would get more attention and more gigas like it would be built.

I went to KD recently since a very long hiatus (back when Volcano was the big boy) I freaking love KD! The top two I-305 and TT are absolutely insane. I love Dominator (still smooth) and Grizzly is a decently fun rollercoaster. My only con is that Delerium's ride time is criminally too short.

My 2018 rides were quite good, a bit rough, but tolerable, and great airtime. My return visit in mid-July, a little after this vlog (Taylor & Sarah were there that day), Grizzly was riding horrible, extremely rough, no airtime, and feeling like it was going to injure me. It has it's tolerable rough days and legit trying to paralyze people days.
