Indeed we were both so young to even understand what had just happened. It is until adulthood that that pain of mommy not being here has hit hard. I miss her everyday, but I’m great full that we turned out okay and that her spirit is always watching over us… it’s so amazing how everyone would see both us walking around and they would immediately recognize that we are Mogoi’s children. Thank you both for paying tribute for mommy on your channel… and I’m thankful for our two lovely aunties, our cousins, nieces, nephew and Attyla for sharing this moment with us. I bet mommy was smiling down seeing us by her graveside. Above all, thank you for the overwhelming beautiful comments to all those that have virtually paid tribute to our lovely mom. Be blessed

As a mother from a remote area in 🇨🇲 Cameroon , I like every aspect of this video. My daughter just be as natural and real as you've always been. Your fiancé is a wonderful person too. I am happy you are not taking that for granted. For mom and dad I say RIP.

How great is our God. Clean water from a hole in the ground and the side of the earth. There is a spring somewhere. With modern technology, a reservoir or metal pipes attached will give running tap water. Everyone have experienced this type of life in the past, some still are, but, try to shy away from it. What I love about you and Atti, you are so Honest and down to earth not forgetting your roots. I love the wide open spaces and respect for your neighbours. The children are so polite and mannerly, all that lovely green space. London is brick houses and concrete. Houses are very close and attached to each other. Thanks for sharing. Nothing like a fresh juicy bite of Sugar Cane👍The Chinese still use that type of toilet with a modern upgrade.

@@liz_atti They stand on the seat and squat on normal toilets. It's what they are used to. If you visit their country that's what they use. Maybe some places have Western style but that's their normal.
@norbertfeher49562 жыл бұрын
Concerning the toilet topic, I can confirm what Attila said about the old type of Hungarian ( and probably: pan-European) pit toilets. In them you don't squat over the pit, but you sit (on a wooden bench) over the pit. And there were there also cut-up newspapers and wrapping-papers for wiping - at least in my childhood when I visited my grandparents. As for going into the bushes for relieve oneself in earlier times , I imagine it used to be a bit dangerous in Africa, especially in the dark. At least I would have been very nervous, fearful of especially snakes and also maybe other creatures.

Oh my GOD sugar cane I use to eat at grandma house ,she had a big tank to catch rain water to wash clothes outside in a tub and scrub board, also outside bathroom I remember the bush way of using the bathroom as well ,the cooking and drinking water was carried by family from the well ,in America we call the place like the village the country ,I was born in 1961, from time before that my grandmother did everything for her family like in the village as time progress and other people changed my grandmother never changed from her parents way, I'm sure my grandmother parents or their parents was brought to America from Africa ,Im sharing this with my siblings thank you for bringing back to my memory the fun time ❤in 1979 my aunts and uncles finally move her in a house with running water and inside bath my grandmother died a couple of years later missing that old house
