Milad you should chat with the folks at Subway and see if you could open this location as a Subway concept shop, where they could test market new ideas, where you could have on the official menu the Milad sub with chips in it, etc. Basically all the things you can't officially do in a traditional franchise location. That would be interesting and would give you and your channel the freedom it needs to grow and it would further the Subway brand beyond what you are doing now.
