The translation is wrong and not accurate...he is saying that the local guide loves to interact with beautiful women and stares at then...he said it's very embarrassing but the local guide is a jovial person and he says he doesn't mind even if a woman slaps him because he admires women....and the youtuber is only laughing at his joke..he never said women are looking at him ...
