I'm actually looking for manila libraries that I could go by biking and thank you for this! It's kinda sad that there no people at all or few people would actually visit libraries. I just wished a little to have crowded but still quiet libraries.

Our national library is a big joke seriously. What irks is not too long ago I saw a position opening for four senior librarian librarians of the national library with a monthly salary of a little over 200 thousand pesos per month. I can't believe they're paying that much salary for a person who manages what in my opinion is a trash library.
